Rob Schilling, a respected voice and trusted name in the Charlottesville Albemarle community, is pleased to call Roy Wheeler Realty Co. his new real estate home.

Growing up in the Los Angeles suburbs, Rob was surrounded by a rich and diverse architectural history. This experience, and a desire to become involved as a real estate investor, led Rob to obtain his California real estate license in 1985. After moving to the Charlottesville area in 1998, Rob added a Virginia real estate license to his portfolio, and in 2003 Rob earned his Associate Broker designation.

In 2005, Rob Schilling celebrated an important milestone: his 20^th year as a Realtor®. Rob possesses a broad range of experience in helping clients meet their personal and financial goals through real estate ownership and investment.

Rob’s straightforward approach and easygoing demeanor allow him to work effectively with clients of all backgrounds, from first-time homebuyers to sophisticated investors. In addition, Rob’s degree in Business Administration, his many years of hands-on business experience, and his personal involvement in real estate investment and property management, provide a wealth of useful understanding and knowledge from which his clients benefit.

Beyond his real estate duties, Rob leads a very full life. He is a former elected member of Charlottesville’s City Council, a WINA radio personality, and a Contemporary Christian recording artist and worship leader. Above all, Rob loves spending time with his wife, Joan, and their son, Gabriel.
